Situation 1 
Player 1 and player 2 are driving down the road, player 1 crashes into player 2, player 2 gets out and kills player 1, player 1 calls and admin sit, what should you do:

Situation 2
Player 1 has a base with printers inside, player 2 comes up and breaks in kills player 1 and steals his printers (he does not advert anything), player 1 respawns and comes back and kills player 2 before he leaves, player 2 calls a sit, what should you do:

Player 1 joins the server and becomes a gun dealer, he buys a scar and starts killing everyone, he then gets out fences and starts blocking all the tunnels, multiple players call a sit on player 1, what should you do:
